Born on 17 June 1994 in Baroda, Gujarat, India, Pavan Kahar is a dedicated cricket professional with over 21 years of experience in the game. A right-hand batsman and right-arm leg-spin bowler, he began his cricketing journey by joining Baroda Sports Club in April 2004 and quickly established himself as a promising talent.

From 2006 to 2014, Pavan represented the Baroda Cricket Association as a national-level player, competing in BCCI tournaments and showcasing his skills against some of the country’s top cricketers. His deep understanding of the game, combined with years of competitive experience, has enabled him to transition successfully into coaching and player development.

As an ICC Level 1 Certified Coach, Pavan is passionate about nurturing young talent, improving player performance, and building strong cricketing foundations. His expertise extends beyond playing and coaching, as he has also contributed as a cricket selector and talent evaluator, identifying and mentoring promising cricketers for higher levels of competition.
